Honey Kraiwee
Before joining Kunstinstituut Melly as Associate Curator, Honey Kraiwee worked as an independent curator and exhibition producer whose work challenges norms and goes beyond linear thinking. Her practice involves spirituality, world-building, and critical views on Asian philosophies and cultures. She explores queering as a way of thinking and living, astrology as a practice of love and care, and ancestral knowledge as both technology and innovation. She holds an MA in Arts and Heritage: Policy, Management, and Education, specializing in curating, from Maastricht University. She is also co-curator of Non Native Native (https://nonnativenative.com/), a platform examining the Asian creative scene in the Netherlands from an “outsider from within” perspective.
