Noise Transformation was organized by Noise of Coincidence, an international network of engaged artists, curators and writers. The network is concerned with addressing political and global issues in art. Tony Maslic is an artist and initiator of Noise of Coincidence. Huib van der Werf writes for Simulacrum, HTV de IJsberg, and other publications. Dimitris Neokleous is an artist and organizer of Noise of Coincidence in Cyprus.
