Elijah Rhode

Elijah Rhode (Afro-German) is Special Programs Assistant at Kunstinstituut Melly, working primarily within the Development department. Born in Berlin and raised between Berlin and Johannesburg. Currently based in Rotterdam, he holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business from The Hague University of Applied Sciences, and a certificate in Art and Economics from Christie’s Education.

Before joining Kunstinstituut Melly, Elijah worked in retail at Comme des Garçons, interned at Lehmann Maupin gallery in Seoul and architecture studio Werk5 in Berlin.

On Saturday 4 October Kunstinstituut Melly is closed for regular visits due to a sold-out Minor Music event in our new MELLY space. The new MELLY space will be open from Sunday 5 October onwards.
