SENSORY TOUR: For Blind and Visually Impaired

Book tickets for a tour of the Pickup Notes and First Double 1,2 exhibitions, a specially organised tour for the blind and visually impaired.

Sensory Tours

While most exhibitions are visually oriented and art experience is primarily through looking, our exhibitions strive to offer an experience that appeals to all the senses. They combine spatial design, diverse media and artworks to create an all-encompassing sensation. However, not everyone can enjoy art in this way, due to both visible and invisible limitations.

Our new Sensory Tours series is designed to meet this challenge. We focus on one sense at a time. During the exhibitions, art teachers with expertise in accessibility lead special tours for people with special needs.

The Sensory Tours are specially designed for:
- Blind and visually impaired people
- Deaf and hard of hearing
- The elderly
- People with invisible disabilities, such as high sensitivity or who are easily overstimulated.

This tour will take place on Saturday 12 October and you can sign up at the ticket link at the top of the page. This tour is only available in Dutch
