Artist Ahmet Öğüt in conversation with particle physicist Bilge Demirkoz

Over the course of two years, artist Goshka Macuga visited the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) where she conducted interviews with scientists as part of her ongoing investigation into different modes of research and collaboration and met Prof. Bilge Demirköz, before later introducing Ahmet Öğüt to her. Live-recorded, Öğüt and Bilge will talk dark matter as an invisible force that can only be accessed in theory; the session will transform into a work for the exhibition Öğüt & Macuga.

This event is part of the Summer Opening on Friday 16 June 2017.
