FORUM 'Worlds in Ceramic' with Praneet Soi and Huan Hsu

Join us for a FORUM with artist Praneet Soi and writer Huan Hsu, moderated by Witte de With director Sofía Hernandez Chong Cuy. Be inspired by an exploration through the histories, migrations and significations of ceramics across civilizations and personal lives. Soi’s new paintings at Witte de With investigate the historically transforming patterns of architecture and ceramics through motifs of Islam, Buddhism and Christianity. The paintings draw insight through meticulous attention to detail. Hsu is author of The Porcelain Thief, a memoir in search of a family’s prized ancient Chinese porcelain.
