Jiske Kosian

Jiske Kosian (1995, NL) is a curator working at the intersection of art, education and community. She focuses on translating ideas and theory into practice-oriented educational projects that encourage encounters, exchange and collaborative learning. In recent years, she has worked as a project manager in the field of (art) education, where she gained experience in developing, organising and supervising educational programmes and collaborations.

Her work centres on the question of how art can contribute to strengthening and sustainably embedding communities. She sees art education as a way of connecting people, bringing together different perspectives and creating space for shared development. With a background in both design and cultural studies, she enjoys moving between research and practice. Jiske holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design from the HKU and a Master’s degree in Arts, Culture & Society from Erasmus University.
