Valerie Mulder

Valerie Mulder (NL, 1995) is Hospitality Coordinator at Kunstinstituut Melly. They previously worked at Wereldmuseum and Museum Prinsenhof Delft, as well as two communications agencies in The Hague and New York City. The latter was also where they studied; their B.A. is in Psychology and their M.A. is in Public Media with a focus in journalism. Before that, they mostly grew up in Aruba where they dabbled in dance and theater.

Outside of work, Valerie has written a book about their experience of having to leave the U.S. and rebuild their life in The Netherlands after not having lived there since childhood, which they are looking to have published in the upcoming year. Aside from that, they practice photography, fashion, interior design, and other forms of writing.
