My art is a reflection of my observations. I love world building and making characters but this is not the full essence of my practice. Aesthetics, beauty and the grotesque. My practice is about shedding light to societal taboos and rediscovering and embracing unconventional and more authentic ways of being while also getting empowered by them. I love creating a visual language that feels more like an experience instead of an observational static image (at least most times), while also highlighting the importance of community. Mediums can fluctuate depending on context since the physical manifestation is an instant response to the material and or the concept.
Having a body affected by technology can really infiltrate your perception of yourself and others. Your subconscious and conscious thoughts will always remain affected by it. However the body always finds its natural way of being so you always need to trust your intuition and practice listening to it , to bounce off of you all the non- sense and keep the things that feel right for you. To not absorb it all .
