Artist Talk: Douglas Coupland at BOZAR

Coupland received literary acclaim for novels such as Generation X, Jpod and Microserfs, with which he established his reputation as one of our most high-profile contemporary authors. His work links high and low culture, and is an inaccessible means of demonstrating the influence digitisation and technology has on people. In recent years Coupland has primarily been working as a visual artist.

On the occasion of this public conversation, Coupland will be signing copies of Bit Rot, exclusively pre-launched at BOZAR and published by Witte de With on the occasion of his eponymous exhibition taking place from 11 September 2015 to 3 January 2016, as well as the French translation of his latest novel Worst. Person. Ever.
