CLiP 24/25
The cohort of CLiP 6 presents to you - Robin Hood’s in the Institution: A Guidebook!
From September 2024 to February 2025 the CLiPers of edition 6 were tasked with developing the next curriculum of Kunstinstituut Melly’s work-learn program, CLiP. But we were super enthusiastic and decided to just rethink the program entirely!
The result is this! Something that was supposed to be a short document, but got way out of hand and turned into a book!
*Screams into the void*
This guidebook is for CLiP-admirers, the CLiP affiliated, and the CLiP-curious - but mostly for CLiPers. It contains rules that are made to be broken, theories that are underdeveloped, and plans that are subject to change. It is unfinished because collective learning can never be finished - social change is ongoing, and there will always be reasons for people to gather! So please give it a read!
Send us your feedback, frustrations, suggestions, and questions! This is for the fam!

CLiP is the successor to Kunstinstituut Melly’s work-learn program which was established in 2018. It is an experimental structure, community, a platform for creating social change within and through cultural institutions.
We seek to do this by working to strengthen the bonds within and between our own social and cultural groups - spreading the resources of the “High Art” (Think museums and galleries) world, into the places and spaces where culture naturally exists - everywhere else.
