Opening Maria Pask's exhibition



Please join us this Friday, 5 November 2021, from 6 to 8 pm, for the opening reception of Maria Pask's exhibition, Zandra Rhodes’ Bedroom; A Room to Read Auden.

Maria Pask and our team look forward to welcoming you at Kunstinstituut Melly! This presentation is part of of the Hartwig Art Production | Collection Fund.

During your visit, you can also see more exhibitions. On view in our second-floor galleries are two solo exhibitions: Iris Kensmil: Some of My Souls and Jasmine Thomas-Girvan: Bathed in Sacred Fire. On the first floor, Rotterdam Cultural Histories #20: The Museum of Education and Art, and On "Constant: New Babylon" in the MELLY bookshop on the ground floor.

On a final note: as per government regulations, please come prepared to show proof of vaccination or of a recent negative-test result; read more about the new Coronavirus measures in The Netherlands. This is only needed for the bar downstairs in MELLY, not for the exhibitions.

Your safety and that of our staff is paramount. We follow the guidelines of the RIVM and the Museum Association to make your visit as safe as possible. To visit our premises, a valid corona entry pass is required for all visitors over the age of 13. A corona entry pass includes a negative test certificate, a vaccination certificate or a recovery certificate. It is also again mandatory to wear a face mask and keep 1.5m distance from other visitors and employees. To visit the MELLY bookshop you do not need a ticket but you do need a corona entry pass. Disinfectants are offered at various places in the building.
